Almaz – why such a strange name? When I launched my business, I wondered what name would best sum up the reliability and quality of my services. And Almaz, the Russian diamond, sprang to mind!
My commitment: customer satisfaction. Satisfying the customer is not about accepting any job, it's about accepting jobs that I can do and can do well, within reasonable deadlines, to ensure a top-quality result. Satisfying customers also means communicating throughout the translation process to ensure a result that matches their expectations.
I am a member of the SFT (French Translators' Association) and as such, I am comitted to comply with our profession's Code of Conduct (available in French only).
